Sustaining Academic Leadership in Higher Education

This chapter draws on a recent case study from the healthcare sector which we argue contributes to the thinking on leadership not only in the healthcare sector, but also in the context of higher education. The chapter concludes with key messages for academic staff making a case for building capacity of leaders in education at all levels.
