Case based learning [HPEC Fast Facts]

Case-based learning, or CBL, is a small group strategy that has great potential to support deep learning and higher order thinking skills for health professions' students. Generating cases and running case-based learning groups does, however, need planning and preparation.

In this month's edition of Fast Facts, we explore the guiding principles that can help to scaffold and support the CBL process.
