Health professions’ educators’ roles are diverse and multi-faceted, with many different career paths possible. Whilst some educators divide their time between students and patients, others balance their teaching with clinical research or faculty development roles. For many, however, a deep interest in specific teaching and learning approaches can draw us into the world of education research.
